Penang State Sports Department has firstly organized a Penang Beach Carnival on 28th November 2009 at Golden Sands Beach, Batu Ferringhi. You can enjoy the whole day at the beach and have fun with those activities that provided by the organizer. This event starts from early morning 7am until the late night 11pm.The carnival contains of many activities and competitions.
