Datuk Lee Chong Wei is the champion!

I am sure everyone was so excited on the result of 2117 happened this early morning 1.00am(Malaysia time) for the All England Badminton Match 2011. As a malaysian, we really proud that our Datuk Lee had done the mission and proof that this time Malaysia Boleh! His success on beating down China "superman" Lin Dan on this final match had cheer up all anak Malaysia.

Last night while I was watching on that match, it was quite interesting and I could see that Datuk Lee had tried very hard to win this match! Finally his effort had come into the conclusion of WIN! Congratulations to Datuk Lee and our prime minister Dato' Seri Najib Razak also at there to have the support for our nation team!

5SB4 Buddies (February Series)

Previous month 25th, we were all allowed to bring our camera to school for graduation photos shooting. So I also took my "little cutic" digital camera to school. Since I don't have a DSLR, so my photos compared to them was a bit different!

Alright, let me introduce to you my classmates. This guy who holding the DSLR is Zan Wei *周公Online GameMaster! xD. Why we will called him like this? Because he was sleeping always in the class during the lesson. 周公 is a person that everyone will meet while sleeping... so playing 周公 online means that you are sleeping! Funny right? xD.

He is You Loong *Bear Bear! What a cute name right? But cute name suits his cute face! Really smooth enough! You Loong was same class with me for 3 years including this year! I known him since I was form 1 we were from 1T14 then 4SB3 and now 5SB4! I would like to thank for his helping on my homework! He was really a good boy! Result good, activity good, sports good, social good!

He is Aaron Lee who is the top singer in the class! He was very active on socialism activities. He likes to perform and also a choir club member! Seriously he can sing very well and he was a song composer too! This guy quite funny and also friendly! hahaa.

He is Wei Chong *Joey. I don't know why he used Joey as his name in Facebook but I think maybe this name quite meaningful to him... because this might be his 1st girl friend's name! xD... Just guessing, seriously i don't know! Quite a friendly guy and good in maths and science even English too!!

They are Wei Hao and Chin Siang, both looks like brothers. Because of same area, same primary, they being like brothers from primary until now! Wei Hao was same class with me on form 1 and this year! Still remember he was just a name before You Loong. Both of them shared the surname of Yeong! Wei Hao and Chin Siang were quite good and friendly too! Not bad not bad!!

They are Qi Chen and Joel Shen. Both of them are orchestra members and they are quite friendly and having friends around! They will discuss their homework together, chit chat together and sharing ideas together.

He is one of the B4 hero in class! Chee Wei was same class with me when I was form 1. Still remember that he was the most active in class on that time and he was quite good on doing volunteering works! He was the good boy and being trusted by Cikgu Cheam who was his teacher advisor.

These are some funny scenes that happened while Malay Language period. Our malay teacher Cikgu Wong was a good guy but always being bully by us! I don't know why they don't like him so much and always play with him. He was teaching me since last year for malay language. But seriously, I am not so understand on what he's teaching.

Here come some group photos, You Loong and Wei Chong were taking the close brothers photo shooting style! Both of them really looks like brothers but some of them said more look like couples! This is because their faces were so smooth!

After that we also camwor-ing in class from left is Ze Heng, me and Joel Shen.

CNy 2011 Day 4 Outing with Family

In the previous Chinese New Year last month, after went to the Yeoh Si Association CNY 2011 celebration. We went to Queeensbay Mall Golden Screen Cinema for a movie! The movie was 笑着回家 Homecoming which starred by Jack Neo, Mark Lee, Koe Yeet, Ah Gu 阿牛 and many more stars. This film was a cooperation between Malaysia film publication with Singapore MediaCorp film publication!

Long crowd outside the cinema. Most people like to watch movie during Chinese New Year because there were quite lots of CNY movies and also the hot weather too! So most of the people prefer to spend their holidays by watching movies inside an air-conditioned cinema!

Inside the film, there were a lot of funny scene and storyline about the reunion in hometown was quite important and this film also encourage those people who are working outstation no matter how hard also must reunion with family! Good movie, which I can rate it 8/10.

After the movie, we went to shop around the Queensbay Mall! Along the shopping way, there was crowded of peoples because of holidays! I saw some CNY decorations that done by the management of Queensbay Mall, there were quite nice so I took some shot on them.

It was the central zone main stage design. It was quite nice and the design seems like entering to the old palace which found in china old dynasty! Really a good job done by the management and it attracted a lot of shoppers to have photograph in front of the main stage.

CNY 2011 Day 4 Updates

For the previous Chinese New Year Day 4, I followed my family went to Yeoh Si Association Centre to attend the CNY Celebration! Penang Yeoh Si Association was located at Lebuh Melayu Georgetown! This association had 71 years anniversary this year! Really a good society for all the same surname clan members gathered together!

For this event, they also invited the Komtar YB Ng Wei Aik to send the warmest Chinese New Year greetings to everyone and sharing those latest updates about Penang State!

Up next there was some entertainment and I sang a new year song to greet everyone Happy Chinese New Year, Gong Xi Fa Cai! Besides that, they also gave out the angpaos to all of the teenagers and children who attended that function.

After the event finished, we took a family photo with the "God of Wealth" and hope that this new year my dad can earn more money, everyone more healthy, the whole family staying in the prosperous new rabbit year!

Rifle Range Flats Visit

From the title, do you know where is the rifle range flats? This flats are locating at Penang Island. They are the first low cost apartments launched since 1960s in Penang! Previously when my great grandma still alive, my mum always brought me to there but now seldom we go there already! Maybe just go once when Chinese New Year to visit my some others relatives.

They are my auntie and uncle. This photo was taken during the visit to my grandmum's sister house which at Rifle Range Flats B block. I used the title as Back To 60's is because I observed for long time and found that the building style in that place was just like the Hong Kong's old style apartments. Do you agree?

A walkway between two block of apartments and the centre of the walkway was like those Hong Kong's old apartments walkway. I found this point just because of after watching the movie I Love Hong Kong! Really classical!

In previous time while 80's or 90's, that place was not many cars as now! That time people just using those public transport but not Rapid Penang and it was Yellow Bus Penang that already closed up for long time.

From this view, you can see that the building was really old. The inner building was dirty and most of the people there were oldies. Although the building old, the structure of building was still strong and even stronger than nowadays buildings! Posted by GenYong 25.02.2011

MBS Interact Club 2010-2011 Installation

In previous week, 12th February 2011 I had a "marathon schedule" activities to be attend. It was quite an awesome and tiring day for me. The 1st one is my school co-operative club general meeting and upnext was the MBS Interact Club Installation the last one was the Penang Heritage Site CNY Celebration 2011! Really the busy day ever in my life!

Somehow I was glad to attend all of the activities. So now I will show you the MBS Interact Club Installation first:

This was the event venue, Shaw Hall. The hall was quite okay with high ceiling and really suited to have this kind of function!

The event organizer had invited a lot of school interact members together with some rotaract club members to join their installation. The attendance on that day was not bad and I can see a lot of supporters for those performance! The atmosphere was so high on that day!

I found that the best performance overall will be the St George Girls High School Interact Club's performances. Just a lightly dance and really burn out the hall atmosphere! Getting the great supports from audiences and everyone cheered for them!

My President Seong Liew had gain the best supporters award from the overall event! He brought a lot of the members to there and cheered up for the whole event! Cool. After getting the award, he was taking the photos with vice president Tze Han and 6th Form president Vincent.

The best performer award goes to Alvin's band group. They were really tried their best and the most classic part was they played the 6 songs non stop together. For the best part, they used up the Justin Bieber-Baby mixed with Sean Kingston-Beautiful Girls and the last one You Raise Me Up! They performed total around 10 songs for that event! Good job...
