Travel to Balik Pulau

In previous month, I traveled to Balik Pulau alone to find my friend who are living at there. Actually Balik Pulau for my mind is like a hillside and there contains a lot of kampung houses or anything but since that time I changed my mind. Balik Pulau now is the nice place to live. You can really relax your mind and enjoy the peace there! The housing projects are increasing now and many house investors are grabbing the chance to buy the houses there!
Travel in Rapid Penang, you just need to pay RM 2.00 from Bayan Lepas that I live there. It's quite cheap la actually because the route to Balik Pulau is going up hill... worth it! XD
On the way, you will see the construction area was working up there. They are building the new road and shorten the distance from Teluk Kumbar to Balik Pulau. It's a good project for future development but this construction already build quite long time still not yet complete. That's why they are wasting money there!
You can see that the construction is on going! I think they need about 1 year plus to complete the whole project! Haiz... this is Penang, do things so slow.
When you arrived at Rapid Penang Balik Pulau bus station, you will see the Balik Pulau new market is just on your right hand. The modern new building was the new market. Since 3 years ago, the old market was never been used and all the market shopkeepers are requested to move in this new market! From my opinion, I feel that the old market place is more strategic for business!
Besides that, you can see a lot of new modern houses around the new market. I believe in future 5 years, the popularity here will increase! That time maybe Balik Pulau already turn to the new town seems like Bayan Baru. Looking forward but Penang still need the green place, don't over develop ya! After 5 years, let see how Penang changes. Posted by GenYong 13.12.2010

Walk around at Mid Valley

On the 1st day when we arrived at KL, we went to Mid Valley City Centre to have a shopping. Dad drove the car fetching 9 of us to there to have the shopping. I didn't buy anything from there just walk walk at the shopping complex. Mid Valley in my mind was a very crowded shopping heaven at KL. The things there are all in reasonable price, not really branded but the price not bad!
We parked our car at B89 The Gardens car park. The car park is a lot but also a lot of cars come in. That day I remember we searched for car park nearly half an hour! OMG... KL really crowded of people and a lot of cars. When you saw a space to park then you have to move quickly, if not other people will grab it first!
From the car park, we straightly walk into The Gardens mall! Wow I like the mall design, it's so nice and you can feel that you are just standing on the glass when you walk the way! The shining and clean design make the mall looks so high class and nice!
My uncle and cousin again! Cool. They were my first to snap at this mall. Nice action! xD.
I kinda like this view. I really can feel that I was at the garden to shop because in the middle of the mall the management still plant some trees there! It's so green concept. I like it very much! The high class of mall really so extreme!
Wow it's a crossover bridge specially made to combined Mid Valley Shopping Mall and The Gardens Mall! So you can park your car at any mall and walk around! It's so systematic if compared with Penang Island I don't think now we can make this. The crossover bridge is so comfortable and still with air-conditioned. It's not same like local Komtar shopping mall having the lousy crossover bridge!
When KL people come to Penang Queensbay Mall, they will said the mall was look like Mid Valley. At first I not so believe but now I have to admit it because it really looks alike for the middle part of the mall! The Central Zone was so round but just Queensbay Mall has the special characteristic on the top floor! I like it very much.
When you walked around to Mid Valley shopping mall. You can see the crowd of peoples! Especially on weekends, OMG it's really crowded. The restaurant there still need to queue up for places and each shop will have at least 5 customers inside. Really cool! Compared to Penang, still far to go!
Went into MPH bookstore, reading some books and plenty of books there. I am not a good reader, I don't like books because they are boring! So I just look around, walk around and search for some information about the latest news topic.
That day Maxis was doing the iPhone 4 exhibition on the entrance hall of the Mid Valley mall! OMG crowded of people signing up the package and wait for their iPhone 4 to arrive. I hope to get one but it's always the dream. Wait until I work one day, only think of it la! xD. So overall what I can say, KL shopping malls are more than Penang... the management system is better than Penang! Penang shopping malls, add oil! Posted by GenYong 09.12.2010

My Steps at The Gardens, Mid Valley

Wow finally get my steps on The Gardens, Mid Valley shopping mall! Since I went to Kuala Lumpur in 3 years ago (year 2007) The Gardens and The Pavillion Mall was just opened there! This year I went is the 3rd year they operating the shopping mall! Wow, I can feel that the time is moving so fast. By the way, really thanks to my cousin for bringing us to this mall!

For this post I just post up some group photos of me with my dad, uncle, aunt and cousins. It's pretty cool to have a photo in front of The Gardens building. I understand it's not so nice compared to Pavillion but in my mind it's still nicer than Penang buildings!
First model is my cousin Keegan boy with his dad my uncle! I quite like this photos because it looks so real while I taken on it. Quite nature and you can see my naughty cousin's action! XD
This one I like it very much because this is really sweet family group photos. My naughty cousin Keegan with his parents who are my aunt and uncle! I have to send them this picture and call them to print it out hanging at their home. XD!
Actually I have a lot of cousins but just only 1 sister. My cousins Jun Meng and Hao Ming was standing with us together with my sister and dad of course my little cousin Keegan too! This is the nice photos we had on the day! It's so cool. I like it so much! Still left 2 more elder cousins Pui Moon and Ai Moon who were busy on that day, so they didn't join us.
Up next, my another aunt were taking photos with my naughty Keegan cousin together with his mum! The smiling face was snapped by me! XD
Besides taking The Gardens Mall as the background, we also turn the way to Mid Valley as the background. The view is not bad and there were crowded of people walking up and down on the street! Seriously I can say Kuala Lumpur is a busy city ever!
Lastly I could see those children were there to have fun when seeing the water up and down in front of the building. The joyful of them really lost on mine, my time is over I am going to more mature doing more important things especially studies... So kids do enjoy your kiddies time ya! The New Monopoly Games Set

In previous month when I went KL my aunt house, I saw something new and nice. My cousin showed me his new toy on the new style monopoly! Wow it's so amazing because I was the first time looking at it. Everything in technology... You just need a card and some tokens of riding stuffs, then you can start the game!
This is the main map of the Monopoly. Inside this map contains a lot of different countries cities... but i just can't find Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur inside! Maybe not so famous la... XD.
What I admired on is the machine... The calculator. In previous time, when I play the monopoly was just worried about the money will lost and not balance. But now with this machine you no need to keep so many paper money... Just the 6 cards that important should keep it nicely.
Each player will have 15M for the starting point of the game. You can buy any properties that you like and you may call a bit with others. It's so cool! Sometimes you will earn much when 1 player interested on your properties.
Insert the card, then you can manage to add on money or decrease the money. You can make a loan also! It's so cool... This game you at least need to spend up few hours to handle it! Quite taking time to play. Play with more players then there will be more fun! Monopoly is fun! Posted by GenYong 08.12.2010

ECO Christmas Decorations

Christmas month is coming. Now is already December! Sorry guys for long time no update this blog again. Recently I was so busy with the holidays trip, Leo Camp and just passed Leo Day! Now at least I can breathe a bit. Actually more to come la! When I went to Genting Highlands, I saw something ECO.
I saw this when I arrived at Genting Highlands. This thingy was located in front of Genting Hotel! I think this year they are based on the ECO concept to make this! It's really meaningful and really go green!
It's really creative and ECO based! They used the empty big bottle to make in the christmas tree shape! Everything is recycle and reusable. I like this so much since I supported ECO friendly products always. Genting rocks! GOod job to them.

Done the whole form 4 syllabus, exam over and it's holidays now! Review back the last day at my class 4SB3. I was so touch when spending the last day with my classmates and concluded that this year is going to end. Anyway, that day was still exam for the English paper but we were too excited and almost is just like a day before holidays!
That day we were returning our SPBT books. There were light weight in my cupboard after returning all the textbooks.
Some of them started to played the chess but some of them still busy to settle their work before the schools end!
They were my classmates! Some of them pro in exam... some of them pro in gaming... some of them pro in reading novels... some of them pro in playing football and even some of them pro in sleeping in class! OMG... XD
I took a photo with them! 4SB3 rocks!
I don't know who took this shot when we were checking the photos that we take on YL Bear's camera. Checking on the nice shot and those funny shot in his camera.
Had a photo with my class "Big Brother" Chong Yee! After that, I was playing with the umbrella. Opening up the umbrella and play around! The last day in school should be playing around right? XD.
